The role of civil society in strengthening asylum systems:

In collaboration with the Baker Institute’s Center for the Middle East at Rice University, RSN co-authored a policy brief, “Strengthening Mexico’s Asylum System,” examining the role of civil society actors in emerging countries of asylum, with a specific focus on Mexico. Based on a survey conducted by the authors this spring, the study outlined how Mexico’s asylum system can be strengthened by bolstering transnational cooperation between Mexican civil society organizations and U.S. policymakers and NGOs.

The brief is available in English and in Spanish.
